Not a Member, but want to support efforts to maintain American history knowledge? You do not have to be a Bucklin to join the Society.

The Society plans and provides personally escorted and guided, VIP sightseeing, as well as corporate VIP guest private tour sightseeing.  These are unique and provide a standout dimension to your handling of a VIP guest -- or to your own store of memories.

These personally escorted, guided, private tours have developed out of our pages of "Places Named Bucklin", and the resulting society members' request to supply leadership in visiting the area.  We will supply the leadership to visit various areas that include a "place named Bucklin".  Examples: Bucklin Corners (now Gerry, New York), Bucklin Hill in Vermont,  the Bucklin winery in Sonoma County, California, Bucklin Hill in Washington.  The areas of our tours are rich in history and things to do and see, as well as having first class food and lodging available.

These are personally escorted and guided, VIP sightseeing, as well as corporate VIP guest private tour sightseeing.  Each tour is designed specially for you or your corporate VIP guest. We spend as many days as you want in the area, showing the area's buildings and culture of interest, the geography and history, and always taking you to hotels and restaurants of distinction.  You can see something of what we like to show our guests on the Society Tours.  Take at look at the short food, wine, lodging and history notes we use to answer questions of Society members who are NOT taking our California Tour, Vermont Tour, Massachusetts Tour.

The Bucklin Society Tours use the theme of always including "a place named Bucklin" because its part of our Society's knowledge, but more importantly, because we can give you memorable look into the history of the area, build our guide's story of what happened in the area upon the Bucklin of the 1600 to 1899 era that lived there and gave the name to "a place named Bucklin."

Your guide will be knowledgeable on pre-1900 history and provide historical information, of course, but the tours are intended to be fun, informative, and memorable, with superior food and lodging. We include points of interest, geography, and the culture of the area.  (In the case of Sonoma County of course, we suspect it is wine history and the wine itself you have as a prime interest.  In the case of Vermont,  we suspect it is Revolutionary War era history that sparks your interest..)  You tell us what your desires and interests are.  We design and furnish a plan for your approval.  But always the tours are fun, informative, and memorable, with superior food and lodging.  After your approval ---then we go!

You do not need to be a Bucklin Society member to request a personalized tour for you or your VIP guest.  All tours are designed according to your tastes, budget and size of your group.

Places named Bucklin we visit.
