Douglas J.
Bucklin, former Utah attorney, now in Pennsylvania, specializing in

Leonard Bucklin, a Texas lawyer, was a national
director of the United Network for Organ Transfers, and for more than a dozen

Sharing (UNOS) is the federal contractor that operates the national Oran
Procurement for Transplants Network (OPTN) which provides the system of
allocation of organs for life-saving transplants. The UNOS Board of Directors

Donald T. Bucklin, a well known attorney in Washington, D.C., is a partner in Squire,
Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. on Pennsylvania Avenue. The Squire
firm is a premier law firm in the United States. He was the Recipient,
Justin Simon Award for Excellence in Teaching Trial Advocacy, Georgetown
University Law Center, in 2002. He is most known by the press because of his
involvement as Assistant U.S. Attorney, 1968-1971 and as Independent
Counsel Pursuant to Ethics in Government Act (under seal), 1991-1992; Senior
Counsel, U.S. Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs, Special Investigation
into Campaign Fundraising Practices, 1997. He is also noted by lawyers as
having served as Treasurer and on the Board of Governors of the District of
Columbia Bar and being president of the Bar Association of the District of
Columbia.

where he is President & Managing Shareholder, and the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S. Seattle,
