1. Complete your application form, which will load below.

2. The click on the "submit" button, and wait a minute or so for a response page to appear in your browser telling you we have your completed application form. This response page will also have a link to click to go to the page to pay the membership fee, according to the option you choose.

 3. Select a payment option and complete the payment form.
